Las playas en San Pedro de Macorís están alojadas en el maravilloso mar Caribe, con 60 kilómetros de costa, las cuales albergan, algunas de las mejores playas de la costa sureste de la isla, rodeada por varios hoteles y complejos turísticos para todos los gustos.

Su principal zona turística está en el municipio de Juan Dolio y Guayacanes. El Country Club Guavaberry y el Metro Country Club son dos reconocidos complejos que están ubicados en San Pedro de Macorís, con sus famosos campos de golf, sus hermosas villas y piscinas.
